Delete a conversation

Every conversation with AI Within is kept in its own thread, and you can delete any of them whenever you like.

On the web

   Open AI Within and press the Chat History icon at the top of the panel.

   Hover over the conversation and press the ⋮ menu.

   Choose Delete, then confirm Delete when asked.

In the app

   Open AI Within and tap the History icon.

   Tap ⋮ on the conversation.

   Tap Delete.

What happens

The conversation and all its messages are permanently deleted from the live service straight away. This cannot be undone, so if a reply holds something you want to keep, save it to Within Drive first.

What is not deleted

• Facts AI Within remembered from that conversation. Manage those in What AI Within remembers.
• The excerpt of any reply you reported, which we keep for 12 months so we can review it.

Automatic deletion

A conversation you have not touched for 365 days is deleted automatically by a daily job. Closing your account deletes every conversation, along with the rest of your data.
