Message and voice allowances

What each plan includes

A message is each message you type to AI Within. Voice sessions are counted in minutes instead. Unused messages and minutes do not carry over to the next month.

When they reset

Every allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), whatever date you subscribed or your plan renews. Your Within Drive download allowance resets on the same day.

A heads-up before you run out

When you have used 80% of an allowance (8 of 10 messages on Free, for example), you get a heads-up so you can keep going or upgrade. When you reach the limit, AI Within tells you so and pauses until the 1st, or straight away if you upgrade.

Never billed for going over

Allowances are limits, not extra charges. Nothing is charged when you reach one, and there is no overage fee. To keep chatting, upgrade on the plans page: a plan change applies straight away, and the difference is prorated.

When your plan changes

If you pause or downgrade, you move to the new allowance straight away. If you cancel, you keep your paid allowance until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free (10 messages, no voice). Drive Keeper keeps your storage but includes no AI messages. Nothing you have written or said to AI Within is deleted by any of these changes.
