Pause your subscription

If you just need a break, pausing stops your billing for a month without cancelling anything. It is available for subscriptions bought on our website.

How to pause

   Choose Pause subscription, then Pause for 1 month.

   We confirm by email.

You are not charged for the paused month. Billing and your full plan resume automatically when the month is up, and we email you again then. You can also pause from the cancel screen: when you choose Cancel subscription, the first step offers Pause for 1 month instead.

Coming back early

You do not have to wait out the month. In SettingsBilling, choose Resume subscription and your benefits are back straight away. Choosing a plan on the Plans page also ends a pause.

What a pause changes

• You can pause once in any 12-month period. If you have already used your pause this year, the option tells you so.
• While paused you are on Free limits: 10 AI messages a month, no voice, and 1 GB of Within Drive storage.
• Nothing is deleted. Your life areas, Feed Within, Family Profiles, AI Within conversations and files stay exactly where they are.
• If you have more than 1 GB stored in Within Drive, the storage timeline starts when the pause begins and stops when your subscription resumes. During the first 30 days you can still view, preview and download every file; you just cannot add new files while you are over the limit. Store subscriptions

Pausing is not available for subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google manage those subscriptions under their own rules.
