How AI Within uses your data

What AI Within sees

When you send a message, or speak in a voice session, this is what goes to the AI model:

• your message, or the transcript of what you said
• the recent messages in that conversation
• any remembered facts relevant to your question
• the parts of your life information you allow it to use, capped in size
• your name, country, date of birth, profile photo link and plan, so answers can be personal.

It does not check the internet, your bank, your medical records or the law. It does not read your Within Drive files unless you save text into Drive from AI Within.

Choose which life areas it can use

   Open SettingsAI Preferences.

   Take me there

   Under Life Areas, switch off any area you do not want AI Within to use: Myself, Health, Schedule, Legacy, Finance, Belief, Family or To Do.

   On the same card you can keep money or health topics out of the tips AI Within shows you.

   Press Save.

A switched-off area is not sent to the AI model. You can also turn off Chat entirely under Privacy & Features.

Voice

What you say is streamed live to a speech-recognition provider and comes back as text; the text sits in the conversation like a typed message. No audio recording is kept, by us or by the provider, and no voiceprint is created.

No training, ever

Neither we nor the providers behind AI Within train AI models on your information. Conversations about a crisis are never sampled for debugging and never remembered.

Your other controls

• See and delete what AI Within remembers.
• Delete any conversation.
• Close your account: your conversations and memories go with it.
