Important to know

  • The window is 30 days from the moment you closed. The exact date is on the closed-account screen and in our email.
  • A subscription cancelled when you closed is not restored. Choose a plan again in Settings › Billing whenever you like.

Two ways to reopen

You have 30 days from the moment you closed your account. The exact date is on the closed-account screen and in the email "Your LinkedWithin account is closed".

  1. Sign in as usual — on the web or in the app, with whichever method you normally use. Instead of your dashboard you'll see "Your account is scheduled for deletion on …" with the date, and the question "Reopen it?" Choose Reopen my account.
  2. Use the email link — open "Your LinkedWithin account is closed" and choose Reopen my account. The link works until your deletion date.

Either way you're signed straight in, and we email you "Welcome back to LinkedWithin".

What comes back

Everything, as you left it: your profile, every life area, Feed Within, Family Profiles, To Do and One Thing, your gratitude history, Within Drive files, shared cards and what AI Within remembers.

One exception: a subscription cancelled when you closed is not restored. Choose a plan again in SettingsBilling whenever you like. If you cancelled an App Store or Google Play subscription in the store, subscribe again there.

Things that catch people out

  • Forgotten your password? Password-reset emails are not sent to a closed account. Use the link in the closure email instead.
  • Trying to sign up again with the same email? During the 30 days you'll see "This email belongs to a closed account. Sign in to reopen it." Sign in instead.
  • The link says it has expired? If it is less than 30 days since you closed, sign in to reopen. If the date has passed, your account and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You're welcome to create a new account with the same email once the deletion is complete.
