Cancel your subscription

Cancelling takes at most two steps and is never harder than signing up. Where you cancel depends on where you bought your subscription. SettingsBilling tells you whether your plan is billed by us on the website, by the App Store or by Google Play.

If you subscribed on the website

   Open SettingsBilling.

   Take me there

   Choose Cancel subscription.

   You will see what ends, the date your access ends, and three alternatives: pause for a month, switch to yearly, or keep just your Drive with Drive Keeper.

   Choose Continue to cancel, tell us why if you like, and confirm.

Your cancellation is then scheduled. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the Free plan. Changed your mind before then? One tap on Reactivate in SettingsBilling turns your subscription back on.

If you subscribed in the app

Apple or Google holds the subscription, so it must be cancelled in the store:

• iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name (Apple Account) › Subscriptions.
• Android: Play Store app › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

What happens to your things

Cancelling never deletes your data. Your life areas, Feed Within, Family Profiles, AI Within conversations and Within Drive files all stay in your account. AI Within goes back to the Free allowance when the paid period ends. If you have more than 1 GB in Within Drive, read what happens to your storage after a downgrade.
