Downgrade to a smaller plan

On the website

   Open SettingsBilling and choose Change plan. This takes you to the Plans page.

   Pick the plan and billing interval you want: Grow or Thrive, monthly or yearly.

   Confirm. The switch happens in one click.

Moves between Grow, Thrive and Drive Keeper, or between monthly and yearly billing, apply straight away. Stripe automatically credits or charges the prorated difference, so you are never charged twice for the same days and you do not need to ask us for a refund. Your allowances change to the new plan's straight away.

Choosing a plan is a paid action, so it also ends a pause if you have one.

In the app

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, change plans in the store: ProfileSubscription & billingManage subscription opens the store's subscriptions page. Apple or Google handles the change and any credit under its own rules.

Going down to Free

There is no downgrade button for Free: cancel your subscription instead. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the Free plan.

What changes and what does not

• Nothing is deleted from your life areas, Feed Within, Family Profiles or AI Within conversations.
• AI Within moves to the new plan's allowance: 300 messages a month on Grow, 10 on Free, and voice only on Thrive.
• Within Drive files inside your new storage limit are untouched. Only files above it go through the Drive Lifeline: 30 days of full access, then 60 days frozen but downloadable, then removal newest-first from day 90. Re-subscribe, or delete files to get back under the limit, and everything is restored at once.

Keep your files without AI

If storage is the reason you are staying, Drive Keeper keeps your full Grow or Thrive storage at a lower monthly price, with AI Within switched off. It is offered when you cancel or downgrade on the website.
