Important to know
- Bought on the website? You have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind and get a full refund, wherever you live, for any reason or none.
- A renewal you did not intend: tell us within 7 days of the charge.
- App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us. The store holds the payment.
Your first website payment: 14-day money-back
If you buy a subscription on our website, you have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind and get a full refund, wherever you live, for any reason or none.
- Email legal@linkedwithin.com from the address on your account. Request a refund in SettingsBilling starts that email for you.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Your paid access ends and you return to the Free plan.
This covers the first payment of a new subscription, not renewals or plan changes. We can refuse it where we reasonably believe it is being abused, for example by subscribing and refunding repeatedly.
A renewal you did not intend
We email you before every renewal. If a renewal you did not intend goes through, tell us within 7 days of the charge. If you have not materially used the paid features since (AI messages, voice minutes, or files above the Free 1 GB), we refund it in full. Otherwise we may still refund some or all of it at our discretion.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple and Google refund purchases made through their stores under their own policies. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google at support.google.com/googleplay. We cannot refund a store charge ourselves; the store holds the payment. If a store refunds you, your paid access ends.
Plan changes
Moving between Grow, Thrive and Drive Keeper, or between monthly and yearly billing, applies straight away; the prorated difference is credited or charged automatically, so no refund request is needed.
Your legal rights come first
This policy adds to your rights under the law where you live and never takes them away. In Australia, the consumer guarantees apply on top of our money-back rule; in the EU/EEA and the UK, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. A refund we owe you by law is paid whether or not it fits these rules.
